App License (EULA)

Use of the TableScan Studio application is licensed under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). The terms below are our Terms and Conditions governing your use of our service, subscriptions, data, and related matters.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TableScan Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TableScan Studio is a free app (3 scans included) that converts uploaded images/files into spreadsheet tables using cloud-based AI processing services. Additional scans require subscription or packages. Files are sent to secure cloud processing services and retained for up to 30 days for abuse and misuse monitoring only.

3. Eligibility & Account

You must be 18+ (or age of majority). Subscriptions use Apple/Google in-app purchases; you agree to their terms. No personal accounts required—no analytics collected.

4. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Uses

You agree to use TableScan Studio only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:

• Upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or prohibited content.
• Upload content that threatens, intimidates, harasses, or defames others.
• Upload content promoting self-harm, suicide, violence, or terrorism.
• Upload sexual violence, non-consensual intimate content, or content sexualizing minors.
• Upload content that compromises others' systems, privacy, or intellectual property.
• Use the service to circumvent safety measures or security systems.
• Use the service for unauthorized professional advice (legal, medical, financial).
• Use the service to deceive, impersonate others, or interfere with political processes.
• Automate high-stakes decisions without human oversight.
• Upload content that violates privacy rights, including unauthorized use of personal information, facial recognition databases, or biometric identification.
• Upload content that discriminates or evaluates individuals based on protected characteristics.

You own uploaded files; you're responsible for backups and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

Files go directly to cloud server for processing. See our Privacy Policy for details. No analytics, tracking, or user profiles collected.

Important: Releve LLC does not use customer data to train or improve any AI models. Data submitted through the API is retained for up to 30 days for abuse and misuse monitoring purposes only. After 30 days, the data is deleted unless legally required to retain it for longer.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free: 3 scans. Then purchase subscriptions/packages via App Store/Google Play.
• Prices and renewals per platform policies.
• No refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or platform policies.
• Credits at Releve's discretion: Releve may (but is not obligated to) offer credits at its sole discretion based on its review and judgment, and Releve is not required to explain how it reached its decision.
• Cancel anytime via device settings.

7. Intellectual Property

Releve owns the App and all related intellectual property. You retain ownership of content you upload. Generated table outputs are provided for your use, but you are responsible for verifying their accuracy and compliance with applicable laws. Limited license granted for processing purposes only.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

TableScan Studio uses automated AI technology to extract table data from images. Outputs may contain errors due to image quality, formatting, lighting, or other factors. You must independently verify all extracted data before use or reliance.

Releve LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or suitability of any outputs for any purpose. Any decisions, actions, or reliance on extracted data is at your sole risk and responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

No Refunds Policy Reinforced: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or platform policies. Releve LLC issues credits solely at its discretion and is not obligated to provide refunds, credits, or explanations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Releve LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or damages from inaccurate extracted data.

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. You agree these limitations are reasonable. This does not affect statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend/terminate violators. Sections on liability and intellectual property survive termination.

11. Changes

Terms may update. Continued use = acceptance. Governing law: Massachusetts.
